Exam Description

Certification Exams: The 642-145 IIUC2 Implementing Cisco IOS Unified Communications Part 2 exam is the exam associated with the IP Communications Express Specialist certification. This exam tests a candidate's knowledge of installing Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express and Cisco Unity Express, with support for both SCCP and SIP endpoints, Unified Call Connector, Call Connector Mobility and PSTN Calling. In addition, performance monitoring and maintenance tasks are covered as well as configuring Unified Messaging Gateway, and troubleshooting. Candidates can prepare for this exam by taking the Implementing Cisco IOS Unified Communications Part 2 course.
